Rebecca’s Bistro

Since their opening in October 2002, Rebecca and her staff have been serving elegant meals and providing a warm and positive dining atmosphere for each visitor.

Long time inhabitants, Rebecca Miller and her spouse Jim are the proprietors of the restaurant, which is situated in Holmes County—Ohio’s Amish Country. The eatery is located in the town of Walnut Creek, in a restored log lodge, fabricated in the early to mid 1800’s.

Rebecca has always adored entertaining with food and is enthusiastic about serving every meal as an unforgettable experience to be remembered. 

Rebecca’s serves breakfast and lunch everyday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, and gives afterhour feasting to special events. The lunch menu incorporates servings of mixed greens, generous sandwiches, flavorful soups and delightful desserts. The lunch menu is full of great options, and it changes every week providing customers with a variety of dining choices. Rebecca insists on quality ingredients and uses locally grown, seasonal, fresh fruits and vegetables.

The breakfast menu incorporates omelets, stuffed French toast, and the all time local favorite—cream eggs over toast. If you are looking for a specialty drink, Rebecca’s Bistro has a variety of espresso drinks, teas, and fruit smoothies.
